In 2016, Before Bruno and Cardi B encouraged you to be dripping in finesse, before the drake shirt...someone asked me what I was going to do after graduating college. My response was “I’m going to finesse my way through life.” It was even more fitting that “FinESSe” had my initials in it. At that moment #LiveFinESSe was born. More than just a hashtag. It’s proof that no dream is too big for us, all visions are designed specific to us and us only, and nothing can stand in our way. For the moments in life when you don't always have the answers, and you're trying to figure it out: You take the opportunity by the horns, ride it, and finesse along the way. FinESSing is motivation to live life to your fullest potential by being charismatic, having a zest for life, and being unapologetically YOU! #LiveFinESSe

I was getting my life at the Beyonce concert in Atlanta, GA. and ran into a celebrity. Well, he is a celebrity to me. Kentrell is the captain of The Prancing Elites who have a hit TV show on Oxygen. They are a dance team based in Mobile, Ala., the Prancing Elites face more obstacles than similar troupes as they work for success. The team is made up of five individuals who identify as gay or gender non-conforming, which results in the group being banned from competitions and parades. I love to dance and I love their fierceness. Meanwhile y'all, he told me what direction we should take the photo because it was better lighting.
